Well, it’s officially my 10th wedding season! I’ve already shot half a dozen celebrations this year but this is my first blog of season! I cannot believe it still. When I started my little business back in 2009, in the midst of the recession, I never thought I’d be here. I didn’t really think much about what the future held for my business at that time, I was just cranking along working 6am to 2am most days trying to make something. For many years when guests asked me “how long have you been doing this?” I felt like I’d said 3 years for so many years, then all of a sudden it was 7, and now 10!

Anyway, enough about me, how about these two incredible people! Shana and Stacy were my first wedding of my (did I mention it is my 10th?!) season! There could not have been a better way to crack into it than with these two along with their families and friends. There is something about feeling so welcomed by so many people that really makes my job easy and relaxing. Thank you so much for inviting me to document your love, you two!
