These two are freakin’ awesome. When they asked if I would accompany them up to Jackson, NH for their engagement session, I couldn’t not. That is my FAVORITE part of the whites. And by my favorite part, I mean, the whites are my favorite so yes I will go there. Always. We met up at the AMC Visitor Center at Pinkham Notch which is at the base of Mount Washington. We headed across the street to the Lost Pond trailhead and took the short walk to this gorgeous, quite spot. I learned so much about them that made me like them even more than I already did. We exchanged bear-encounter stories, and how much we all love being above tree line.

The owner of the AirBnb we were staying at used to work for the AMC and told me that I “MUST” take them to Square Ledge (he mentioned something about awesome views, of course…). It’s a short but steep climb and let’s just say they weren’t wearing proper footwear for that. When Ashley mountain-goated her way up the rock pile, I was like yes ok let’s be friends I love you. Larry was right, the views of Mt. Washington are amazing up there!

I cannot wait for their wedding next year! Congrats guys!
