Shauna & Paul. Ugh. I don’t even know what to say. There are people who come into your life at just the right moment and make your life different. Shauna & Paul are a couple of those people. I met them when I was moving to Oregon last year. I talked to Shauna over the phone a few times, I flew out there for their engagement session in October and stayed with them in Eugene home – we seemed to just click. Life became a mess, things didn’t go as planned, I didn’t end up moving. Naturally, I was nervous to tell my Oregon couples about this, but once it came time to tell Shauna & Paul, it was as if I didn’t need to tell them at all. They are two of the most warm people who seem like they were put on this earth to make everyone around them feel loved and appreciated.
While working with these two, it felt like I was in a dream. 2 days and however many thousands of images later, I woke up and thought “shit, that was awesome.” Shauna & Paul, thank you so much for inviting me into your life, and allowing me to witness all that is you. <3
A special thank you goes out to my best pal and second shooter who has plenty of images below, but I can’t even tell which ones are his.
